- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
I am a 4th-year PhD student in the Fisheries program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and am part of the Alaska Coastal Rainforest Center. I live in Juneau, AK where I work closely with the USDA Forest Service PNW Research Station - Juneau Forestry Sciences Laboratory to perform research within the Heen Latinee Experimental Forest on the growth and movement of juvenile salmonids rearing in pro-glacial rivers. I have a background in biochemistry and am generally interested in animal movement and landscape ecology, but am always excited to learn about new topics within the realm of freshwater science! I enjoy trail running, ski touring, and gardening in my free time.
