Angel Santiago is native from Puerto Rico and has a Master and a PhD Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the Autonomous Metropolitan University of Mexico. Angel is working as an Environmental Engineer in the Data Analytics and Decision Support Section with the City of Austin's Watershed Protection Department, developing water quality and watershed models to support the city’s environmental goals.
