Janna Martinez
The University of New Mexico, COLORADO, United States
- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Janna Martinez is a third-year undergraduate studying Environmental Science at the University of New Mexico. She grew up in Denver and spent a lot of time in the mountains with her family and this is where she developed a love for all things outside. As a student, she has engaged in two research projects in the Middle Rio Grande in Albuquerque where she investigates water and ecosystem interactions. She hopes to use this research to better understand how river ecosystems are impacted by climate change and educate others on how to preserve these areas. Janna looks forward to attending graduate school and continuing to work with the environment.
