COLLECTING YOUR NAME BADGE

The SFS 2025 registration desk is located in the foyer on Level 3 of PRCC. All attendees will need to collect their name badge from the registration desk prior to attending their first session.
The registration desk will be open at the following times:

  • Sunday, May 18: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Monday, May 19: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 20: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 21: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 22: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

PHOTOS, VIDEO AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Please feel free to discuss the exciting content being presented at the meeting via social media. However, it is vital that you respect the wishes of the presenter if they do not want their findings to be broadcast. If for any reason at all a speaker doesn’t want photos taken during their presentation, they should declare this at the start of their talk. Finally, we don’t wish to distract our speakers, so please keep photo-taking to a minimum during talks.  

INTERNET
There is complimentary Wi-Fi available within the foyer areas of PRCC. 

INSURANCE 
The hosts and organizers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs, or the loss of private property, and will not be liable for any claims. Delegates requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.  

SRC LIVE AUCTION DONATIONS
Donations are still needed for the upcoming Student Resource Committee's Live Auction on Tuesday, May 20th! This action-packed extravaganza auctions off items showcasing the generosity, creativity, and talent of SFS members. Proceeds from your donation directly support student research and travel to SFS annual meetings. We encourage items that can fit in your suitcase! PARENTS PLACE
Location: PRCC, Room 207 
A private space is available for parents to utilise as needed throughout the meeting to feed your child(ren) in privacy and comfort. Open from Sunday 18 – Thursday 22 May. There is also one public Parent Rooms within PRCC, you can find this on inside the main entrance, on level 1.
